Start with Art: K–12 Educator Workshop
What can art do for you and your students? Join us as we introduce strategies for teaching with art from the MSU Broad Art Museum’s collection.
Learn to use art as an entry point to discuss big ideas, connect to your core curriculum, and as a tool for integrating social and emotional learning into your classroom community. This one-day workshop is designed for teachers of all subjects in grades K–12 and is co-taught by educators from the Global Art for Curious Educators: A Community of Practice programs teacher fellowship program and Meghan Collins, museum educator at the MSU Broad Art Museum.
SCECHs are available, and registration is required. Register for free here.
