Communications Manager

The MSU Broad is seeking a dynamic Communications Manager. This position is responsible for creating and implementing communications strategies for targeted audiences with a focus on public relations and external affairs that drive visitation and thus overseeing marketing, advertising, promotion, and website/social media activity strategies. This position also oversees and implements internal communications needs to achieve institutional goals of visitation, visibility, and accurate messaging through the lens of diversity, accessibility, inclusion and equity. Associate Curator

The MSU Broad is seeking candidates for the position of Associate Curator. This position will be instrumental in further contributing to the research, conception, development, planning, production, implementation, and interpretation of both collections-based and loan exhibitions that explore the role of the museum within society and on a university campus, with a heightened awareness of the importance of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion (DEAI). Student Employment

The MSU Broad has several positions for MSU students. Gallery Guides help keep the museum operating on a day-to-day basis. As a Gallery Guide, you’ll receive behind-the-scenes training; guide our visitors through their experience; and represent the museum within our community. Students interested in this position should return completed applications by e-mail to Dana Steiner at steine58@msu.edu or in-person at the front desk.
