This event is offered as part of the Deep-Rooted collaboration with the MSU Beal Botanical Garden, where art and plants intertwine.
COMPLEX DREAMS places the experiences of young Black girlhood center stage while forwarding a refreshing and resilient perspective on the power of Black women today. This inaugural Signature Commission Series exhibition is on view from September 14, 2024–February 16, 2025.
