Public Engagement Coordinator

The Public Engagement Coordinator provides operational support for the public programs at the MSU Broad, reporting to the Director of Operations. The Public Engagement Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to work closely with internal departments to design and execute public events of the MSU Broad while supporting the mission, vision, and guidelines of the institution. This position will maintain an exemplary quality of service and appearance for programming taking place within and on behalf of the museum. The Public Engagement Coordinator additionally serves as manager on duty during public hours and events requiring an in-depth knowledge of the operational guidelines of the museum facilities including building, security, exhibition and student staffing processes. Student Employment

The MSU Broad has several positions for MSU students. Gallery Guides help keep the museum operating on a day-to-day basis. As a Gallery Guide, you’ll receive behind-the-scenes training; guide our visitors through their experience; and represent the museum within our community.
