Carve out some time in your summer to get hands-on with this relief-based printmaking process. Participants will learn how to design, carve, and print their own blocks, working with color inks as they explore the linocut process to create their own hand-pulled prints. And, time permitted, collaborate on some multi-block, multi-color monoprints! Cost of registration ($40) covers instruction and supplies. This workshop is led by printmaker and teaching artist Lena Ellis-Boatman.
This event will be held at the Art Lab, located directly across the street from the museum at 565 E Grand River Ave., East Lansing, MI 48823.
