Field Station: Claudia Peña Salinas Opening Reception

Friday, May. 11, 2018    6–8pm

Meet Mexican-American artist Claudia Peña Salinas as we celebrate the opening of her exhibition. Working in sculpture, video, and installation, Salinas uses the unique architecture of the MSU Broad to re-create Tepantitla, an ancient pre-Columbian habitational compound in Teotihuacán, Mexico. This exhibition is on view through July 29, 2018, and is curated by Carla Acevedo-Yates, Associate Curator. Support for the Field Station series is provided by the MSU Federal Credit Union.
