Dr. Milton E. and Beth E. Muelder Collectors’ Lobby
Capacity: 25–45

Located on the museum’s lower level, the Collectors’ Lobby can be utilized in many ways. From small presentations to standing receptions, this space will infuse any event with a special blend of architecture and contemporary art that only the MSU Broad can provide. After hours only.

Alan and Rebecca Ross Education Wing
Capacity: 40–120

Oblique lines, towering glass walls, and contemporary design elements make this one of the most spectacular spaces in the museum. This multipurpose space will meet all of your event needs, from an intimate sit-down dinner to presentations, performances, and lively receptions. It is equipped with a sound system and additional equipment that can be utilized for video presentations.

Main Level
Capacity: 250 max.

Expand your after-hours event beyond the Education Wing into the dramatic lobby and café area of the museum. The stunning contrast of concrete, glass, and steel is sure to impress. Perfect for a strolling reception, the main level will keep your crowd mingling while they enjoy varied food and drink stations throughout the space. After hours only.

The MSU Broad does not offer space rental for artists looking to exhibit their work.

The museum has a strict policy regarding alcoholic beverages and how they are served. Please contact us for more information.

If your event requires equipment that we do not have onsite, please contact ETR Party Rental.

All events must be catered using a vendor from the MSU Broad’s list of approved caterers: Morton’s Fine Catering, Kellogg Catering, and Soup Spoon Cafe.

All photography/videography sessions, commercial or otherwise, must be arranged with the museum to take place outside of public hours. Site fees and other restrictions apply. Contact for more information.
